Private or Classroom License To Carry (LTC) classes
PRIVATE LESSONS $90 INCLUDES RANGE FEE (GROUPS OF TWO OR MORE, I COME TO YOU); CLASSROOM $90 (YOU COME TO ME)
To provide a level of flexibility and understanding, Stay Ready Training Academy offers private services where I come to you whether it be your home, business or office. I also provide Classroom training for those who rather a more formal classroom setting
Basic Handgun Training
$50 (ONE HOUR OF HANDS ON TRAINING FROM CERTIFIED NRA INSTRUCTOR) PLUS RANGE FEE $17
For those individuals who want to prepare for the proficiency (shooting) part of the License To Carry class or just want to learn the fundamentals of handling a firearm, students will receive '' basic'' introduction in the familiarization and use of handguns. Students will fire their weapon on a safe gun range while being guided by a qualified firearm instructor
Level 3 Texas Private Security Re-certification Classes or Online Classes
$80 FLAT RATE
This six (6) hour re-certification course is required every two years for anyone to work in the State of Texas. This course covers Prevention and Deterrence, Ethics, Observation, Reporting, Offense Types and Arrest, Radio Procedures, Report Writing, Conflict Resolution, Texas Penal Code and Firearms Qualification. This is a Texas Private Security Certified Course and taught by a Certified Level 3 instructor
Level Two Non - Commission Class and Online Classes
LEVEL TWO NON - COMMISSION CLASS $85
The Level 2 Class is a Non Commission class where the Officer will be introduced to the Private Security Profession. The Officer will learn the history of Private Security and the duties of a Non - Commission officer. This class is an 8 hour course where the Officer is NOT required to carry a firearm while on duty.
Level Three Commission Class and Online Classes
LEVEL THREE CLASS $250
The Level Three class is a Commission class where the Officer will be carry a Firearm while on duty. This is a Forty hour class where the Officer will learn the Texas Penal Code as it pertains to his or her duties while on post. The officer will learn Non-Violent Dispute Resolution, Laws that relate to the Use of Force and use of Deadly Force. The officer will learn when he or she can arrest and when they cannot arrest. The Officer will learn practical's which involve the use of Handcuffs, the Asp Baton and their Firearm. The Officer will demonstrate profiency at the range.
